To make a reservation:

3. Check that you have the most recent rate information.

4. Read our Conditions of Trading.

5. Advise us by email or telephone that you wish to make a reservation. State the date of arrival (rentals are from Saturday to Saturday as a general rule).

6. Please fill in the enquiry form above. We will contact you with details. No contract exists until the signed Reservation Form and 30% Deposit are received and the booking confirmed in writing by Caher Lodge.

7. Deposits are payable by cheque, bank draft, bank transfer or wire transfer. Balance of payment is paid by Bankers Draft in Euros, or by cheque drawn on an Irish bank.

Once the Reservation Form and deposit are received and accepted by Caher Lodge, you will receive a letter of confirmation.

Cancellations: Should you cancel the reservation more than 70 days prior to the dates reserved, we will make every effort to re-let the property for the dates cancelled. If we succeed, your deposit (less any costs incurred) will be returned or may be offset against a future reservation. For cancellations received within 70 days of the rental date, the full rental charges shall apply.

General: We urge you to read carefully the details and descriptions pertaining to Caher Lodge. It is important that you check the number of guests covered by the basic rent before you make a reservation.

Caher Lodge cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables, personal property, or vehicle damage. The proprietors, management and employees of Caher Lodge shall not be liable nor will accept reponsibility for any injury, loss or damage, however sustained, by any person or persons, whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement.

Length of Stay: One week rental is Saturday to Saturday. Our aim is to meet and satisfy your needs so we try to be flexible about the duration of rentals between October and May. Talk to us, therefore, if you are planning a long weekend.

Property Description: The number staying at the property must not, under any circumstances, exceed the number on the Reservation Form. Extra unauthorised guests will invalidate the booking and this could result in immediate on-the-spot levies or cancellation of the booking. Caher Lodge takes great care in the property description. Damage Security Deposits: A security deposit is required. This is held against damage, breakage and loss and is refunded, less any legitimate deductions. Where damage or loss exceeds the security deposit the balance will be debited to your credit card. Telecommunications useage will be added to your final account. Guests are requested to leave the Lodge clean on departure - otherwise a final cleaning charge will be requested or deducted from the security deposit.

Making Complaints: We hope that you will have no reason to complain in respect of your holiday; should any difficulty arise please speak to the owner/ caretaker who is on hand to assist you. All complaints must be brought to our attention during your stay at the property and must be followed up in writing within seven days of your departure from the property.

Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided at Caher Lodge. The bed linen is changed weekly and the towels are changed and the hotpress re-stocked midweek. Cot/crib linen is not supplied.
